Heat The Wok
Heat the oil in a large wok on medium heat until smoking hot.
Cook Aromatics
Add garlic, spring onions and fresh chives, stirring until the oil becomes rich in flavour.
Add Vegetables
Add shredded cabbages, potatoes, mangetout pods, seasoning, coriander leaves, rice wine, lemon zest and juice, hoisin sauce, water and Chinese five spice powder.
Cook & Simmer
Bring everything to the boil, then lower the heat and continuously fold and mix until a crust forms at the base and the liquid evaporates.
Serve Hot
