Prepare Ingredients

Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Mix Dough

Mix all the ingredients together well with a large wooden spoon until it forms a ball of dough.

Knead Dough

With clean, dry hands lightly knead the dough ball on a lightly floured flat clean surface until smooth and pliable.

Shape Dumplings

Using a sharp kitchen knife, cut the dough into 12 even portions and roll each into small round balls.

Cook & Serve

Set these dumplings on top of your casserole or hotpot to cook on 375°F / Gas Mark 5 / 190°C for 30 minutes.
